First three Team registered for Season VII!

As temperatures are rising all over Europe, it’s time to warmly welcome and present the first three teams registered in Season VII of the Mitsubishi Electric World Classic Tour!

Team Ramudden finished 2nd in the team ranking last season! They accomplished a remarkable feat by bringing back home all the distinctive jerseys in the men categorie:

• the Champion and the Youth bib for Amund Riege
• the Sprint bib for alfred Buskqvist

On the women’s side, Team Ramudden can now count on Emilie Fleten, one of the best female long-distance skiers in the world, to strive for the top position in the team standings this season!

TNE Coste & Fromageries Marcel Petite can count on youg talents

The French and Swiss teams have undergone significant changes in their workforce, and they now have a group of young and motivated athletes following Jeremy Royer (who finished 16th at Alliansloppet last year in 2022).

Candide Pralong is one of the top Swiss athletes, frequently achieving a place in the Top 20 in the World Cup. He will bring strength to the team this summer. Keep an eye on him, especially when the road starts to climb!

On the women’s side, Laurie Flochon will be the team leader. Despite starting double poling just a few years ago, her progress and performances this winter have been remarkable, giving us great expectations for the future!

Team Mäenpää back on the Tour

Team Mäenpää, the historic team from Finland, is back on the Tour after missing it last season. As the top Finnish team in long-distance skiing, their goals are to generate interest in long-distance skiing in Finland and, in the long term, build a strong and competitive long-distance skiing team.

Led by Viktor Mäenpää, they are determined to showcase the colors of Finland at the forefront of the peloton.
